2. all items sold are 100% brand new and in perfect condition unless stated

3. color may vary a little due to monitor resolutions and lightings during photoshoot. we are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping via postage

4. buying is at your own risk, no refunds and no exchanges are allowed unless item is out of stock. goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. any defects of the item solely caused by buyers (ie wear and tear) would not be entertained. kindly email us if there is any defect in 3 days time once the item has been received, or else, we will not entertain any requests

5. our payment method includes:
* MAYBANK (account number will be given when the order is confirmed)
* RHB (account number will be given when the order is confirmed)

8. Please note that all items here are pre-order unless stated therefore it would take 2-4 weeks for the items to arrive at your doorstep.

9. we will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect lost, delay or damages incurred during shipping; especially for cases where buyer had sent in the wrong address

10. for any restocks, payment will be needed before restock to be done; if items couldn't be restock due to out of stock at the supplier's, we'll refund back the exact amount banked in
